The sopsystem is a four-slot modular MIDI control system designed to bring the hands-on workflow of classic studio hardware to software mixing. Instead of reaching for a mouse, you can load interchangeable control modules into the sopsystem and adjust compatible plugin controls with real knobs and switches.

Each module is designed around a familiar plugin workflow, with controls placed where an engineer expects them. The SOP Control App is designed to provide supported mappings, General MIDI mapping, community mappings, module setup, and voting for future modules.

The Launch Modules
The launch collection begins with the SOP-2A compressor module and the SOP-PE1 equalizer module, giving engineers hands-on control inspired by two familiar studio workflows.
Important compatibility note: the sopsystem is a MIDI control system. It does not pass audio or accept standard 500-series audio modules.
